The FASD Bridging Futures Program will support Métis youth (15-25) with FASD to move from adolescence to adulthood with appropriate support and services in place to achieve their goals for a healthy future through:
- Collaborative, care-team inclusive approach to goal setting, needs assessment, and strength identification
- Providing appropriate information, resources, connections, and referrals
- Transition supports from youth to adult services
- Assisting with MNA citizenship application
- Strengthening connection to Métis culture through community involvement
- Métis you between the ages 15-25 with or without diagnosis
- The family must reside in Alberta
- Willing to actively participate in program with caregiver consent, if required.

The FASD Bridging Futures Program will help families explore their options for FASD diagnosis, vital assessments, access to specialists, and other specialized services that enhance protective factors of the youth and support the transition to adulthood.
