Connecting Through Culture

The Otipemisiwak Métis Government’s Children and Family Services is excited to host the Connecting Through Culture Family Retreat Spring 2026, taking place May 22–24, 2026, at Métis Crossing.

Overnight accommodations and meals will be provided throughout the gathering for approved participants.

Eligibility:

Applicants must be Alberta residents.
At least one family member must be an Otipemisiwak Métis Government Citizen.
At least one child must be aged 17 or younger.

Spots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Celebrate the warmer weather with us and enjoy a refreshing spring getaway rooted in Métis culture, connection, and family time on the land.
