Local 845 AGM Scheduled for February 27

MNA Local 845 (Rocky Mountain House) will host their Annual General Meeting on Saturday, February 27. The AGM will take place at Lou Soppit Community Centre – doors open at 4 pm, supper is at 5 pm and the meeting is at 6 pm. A community dance will follow. Métis Nation of Alberta Registrars will be on site to assist prospective members register for their Métis card. Prospective members are reminded to bring the following documentation with them:

Completed Family Tree (dating back to mid 1800s)
Long Form Birth Certificate OR Live Birth Registration OR Short Form Birth Certificate along with Baptismal Certificate with legible church seal and officiates signature
Current Photo Identification
Proof of Permanent Residency in Alberta (minimum of 90 consecutive days)
