Help grow health services in your community at the MNA’s Health Forum on Nov. 3. Your stories are the first step towards building future health services currently missing in your area. Travel, participation reimbursements, and accommodations will be provided for MNA citizens.
Sign up for a focus group
Whether you have a chronic disease, trying to quit smoking, or a caregiver of an older relative, you have a place at the MNA’s Health Forum. Join others who have been on the same journey and sign up for one of our focus groups. With your input, we can learn more about your health needs and what the MNA can do to improve services in your community.
