Second Four Season Workshop: MASKIHKIY A Gift From the Earth

Métis people have long relied on medicines from the land to support every aspect of their health. Through teas, infusions, tinctures, poultices, salves, inhalants, ceremonial use, and more traditional medicine has been passed down throughout generations. Our connection with the land – our teacher and source of survival – is central to this knowledge.

Learn the traditional medicinal uses of plants, and herbs, while exploring your own unique needs to make a variety of medicinal blends, in this virtual workshop.

Each participant will be mailed a pre-packaged box of medicines and supplies to support their participation in this workshop.
