Métis people have long relied on medicines from the land to support every aspect of their health. Through teas, infusions, tinctures, poultices, salves, inhalants, ceremonial use, and more- traditional medicine has been passed down throughout generations. Our connection with the land – our teacher and source of survival – is central to this knowledge.
Learn the traditional medicinal uses of plants, and herbs, while exploring your own unique needs to make a variety of medicinal blends, in this virtual workshop.
Each participant will be mailed a pre-packaged box of medicines and supplies to support their participation in this workshop.
