Community Information Session: Supporting Indigenous Families Through Reunification
The Family Reunification Program (FRP), offered by the Otipemisiwak Métis Government, is a referral-based program that helps Indigenous parents and guardians reunite with or retain their children in care.
By working closely with social workers, housing providers, and community agencies, FRP creates safe, stable pathways for healing, strengthening connections, and preserving family bonds.
Community Information Session
We invite professionals in social services, housing, and child and family support to join our upcoming online session to learn more about how we can work together in support of families.
You’ll learn about:
- How referrals work
- Culturally grounded supports available through FRP
- Tools and resources to strengthen your work with families
