The Babysitting Course offers basic first aid and caregiving skills for youth 11-15 years old. Participants learn how to provide care to children in a variety of age groups, and how to prevent and respond to emergencies. The course also offers youth the skills to promote themselves as babysitters to prospective families

Each course graduate is presented with a completion certificate!

Light snacks & lunch will be provided.  

DATE: Sunday, October 6th, 2024
TIME: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (7–8-hour course)
LOCATION: #124, 1530 27th AVE NE Calgary, AB

Co-teachers: Kristen Acuna & Kelsey Hordal 

To register for this event, you must be an Otipemisiwak Métis Government citizen between the ages of 11 and 15 or have completed grade 5.
