We’re excited to announce the Gear Up For More: Laptop Access Program, an extension of the Gear Up For School Program—designed to support students with access to online learning and schoolwork at home.

Applications subject to laptop availability
One laptop per eligible student
Separate registration required (even if you applied for Gear Up For School)

Eligibility includes

The student must be a registered Otipemisiwak Métis Government Citizen
The student must be residing in Alberta
The student must be entering Grades 1–6 in the Fall of 2026
