Our hearts are broken by the tragic school shooting in Tumbler Ridge yesterday. We stand in prayer and solidarity with the victims, their families, and all those affected as they face this unimaginable loss. We mourn the precious lives taken and hold close in our thoughts those who were injured, wishing them strength and healing in the days ahead.

The Otipemisiwak Métis Government stands with the Tumbler Ridge community, with all British Columbians, and with Canadians across the country during this difficult time. Please know that you are held in our prayers, our thoughts, and our care.
