About the Facilitator:
Cameron (they/them) is a 2Spirit artist and performer from Buffalo Lake Métis Settlement. Their family names include Ladouceur, Gladue, Bouvier, and Cardinal. Being a self-taught jigger, Cameron loves to teach jigging to Métis communities all over Alberta to make learning more accessible to métis youth and adults. Cameron currently sells beadwork and ribbon skirts, writes poetry, sings, and teaches cultural and competitive dance.
