In celebration of Metis Week, the Metis Nation of Alberta is hosting a lapel pin design competition for youth! To participate, youth are encouraged to submit an original drawing to communications@metis.org by Monday, November 11th. The artwork must contain Métis cultural themes to be eligible for consideration. The winning entry will be used in a new Métis Nation of Alberta lapel pin to be released during Métis Week 2017! Participants are reminded to legibly sign the back of their artwork with their name and contact information. Please contact April Magee at 780-455-2200, or amagee@metis.org for additional details.
