Together in Caregiving Conference
The Otipemisiwak Métis Government’s Children and Family Services is excited to host the third annual 2026 Together in Caregiving Conference, taking place on:
July 10 to 12
Métis Crossing
The conference is a gathering dedicated to fostering support, connection, and cultural identity for Métis children and families.
Through various activities and workshops, participants can learn about the Métis Family Resource Program, Children and Family Services and celebrate their distinct cultural identity, rich history, and vibrant community.
Eligibility:
- All family members must be current residents of Alberta.
- One family member must be a caregiver (foster, kinship, or adoptive parent) to a registered or self-identifying Métis child or youth.
- The family must have Métis children aged 0-17 attending.
