An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Saturday, repeating until June 17, 2023

Region 2, join us for our Learning Circles in Bonnyville, May 27-June 17. We will be offering Learning Circles on healthy boundaries and on grief and loss. Register today!

Grief and Loss (11 a.m.-12 p.m):
Delivered in a safe space, this six-week learning circle will provide support for those who are experiencing or have experienced a significant loss. With care, empathy, and respect, Kim Sinkovics, a Métis mother of four with 15 years of experience in family support, will help participants to connect with peers who have experienced similar overwhelming feelings of grief and loss, and to explore different topics and tools that help process, navigate, and cope with grief.

Setting Healthy Boundaries for Healthy Relationships (1 p.m.-2 p.m.):
Relationships can be complex—rewarding and joyful, but also stressful. In this six-week learning circle, Sally Jones, a certified child and youth counsellor from the Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation, will lead participants in conversations that explore personal values and strategies to help establish healthy boundaries that lead to healthy relationships with family, friends, and co-workers.
