Medicine Infused Epsom Salts
Looking for some well-deserved self-care?
Learn to mix Epsom salts with traditional medicines, discover Alberta’s local plants, and create a custom bath salt set to keep!
Additionally, We will start off our session with a smudge, and a Smudging 101 lesson from the Youth Department.
Métis Youth citizens aged 12 – 29 are welcomed to register online!
