The Circle of Security Parenting Program is a new approach to parenting, developed from over 50 years of attachment research.

During this eight-week circle, participants will gain confidence in raising a secure child as they learn about the parenting map of attachment. Parents will learn how their own trauma can affect their parenting style and will gain knowledge on how to best resolve it.

Presenter: Kim Sinkovics

Kim Sinkovics been working in the family support field for 15 years, and the last four years providing school-based mental health services. She is excited to be working as a facilitator for the Métis Nation of Alberta. She is a Métis mother of four, and passionate about working with children, adolescents, and families. She has a genuine concern and empathy for the well-being of people and an understanding of their struggles.
