Bat Monitoring Workshop – Cold Lake
If you’re an Otipemisiwak Métis Government Citizen and would like to learn how you can support bat conservation, don’t miss your chance to register for our ECC Bat Monitoring Workshop in Cold Lake. You’ll learn why bat conservation matters and receive the equipment, resources, and training needed to identify species with acoustic equipment and successfully install a bat house.
This workshop runs from 7:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. and will start in Cold Lake’s Energy Centre, after which we’ll drive to Cold Lake Provincial Park. Transportation from the Energy Centre to Cold Lake Provincial Park is available if required.
Live elsewhere? Visit albertametis.com/bat-monitoring-workshop to view our full list of upcoming workshops. Please note that you’ll only need to attend one session.
Seats are limited and offered to Citizens on a first-come, first-served basis, so we strongly recommend registering early.
