Updates

March 1, 2022: We are officially entering Step 2 of the province reopening. This means the following restrictions will be removed:

  • Any remaining school requirements (e.g. kindergarten to grade 6 cohorting)
  • Youth screening activities for entertainment and sport activities
  • Capacity limits on all large venues and entertainment venues
  • Indoor and outdoor social gathering limits
  • Mandatory work-from-home requirements
  • Indoor masking
This does not mean COVID-19 no longer exists. It is still important to wash our hands frequently, maintain social distancing when possible, continue wearing a mask in public spaces, and get vaccinated as soon as you are able to.

Where Can I Get a Vaccine?

You can book your appointment to receive a COVID-19 vaccine by calling Alberta Health Services at 811, visiting alberta.ca/covid, or by calling your local pharmacy. Anyone who is aged 5 and older is eligible to receive a vaccine. If you are uncertain about the vaccine, please consult a doctor before booking your appointment.
