Early Learning and Child Care Survey

Take the Survey

The Métis Nation of Alberta Children & Family Services Department is asking for input from Métis families to help inform a nine-year strategy aimed toward Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC) activities. We hope to develop the strategy with cultural, spiritual, and health-focused recreational programs tailored to the needs of Métis families.

By answering this short survey, you can tell us what activities, resources, and programs are important for your children up to six years old. You will also have an opportunity to tell us if you have faced any hardships or barriers in accessing existing ELCC programs, prior to or during the COVID-19 pandemic; We aim to improve accessibility for our community.

Take the MNA ELCC Survey to help pave way for happy, healthy families!

Participants who complete the survey can enter to win one of three $100 prepaid Visa cards!

More about ELCC

The Métis Nation of Alberta Children & Family Services Department continues to build on past successes, working to strengthen capacity to design and deliver Métis ELCC programming and opportunities. Through these ELCC initiatives, we aim to empower Métis families by providing access to resources, programming, and services rooted in Métis culture, language, and values. A focus on nutrition, education, culture, parental involvement, and social support will help our families raise thoughtful, emotionally intelligent children who can lead our Nation.
